Rosé de Gambrinus (2010) S

Hit the 13 year mark. Tons of carbonation. Some black, slide mold on the cap. Still raspberry notes. Some oxidation, but overall it’s got that signature Cantillon funk and mustiness. Sharp, acidic finish. Really great!

Kriek 100% Lambic (2010) S

Bottled 11/10/2010, opened 4/3/2023. Still lots of carbonation. No signs of oxidation. Bright lemony funky lambic followed by dark, juicy cherry notes. Fruit is still really present and balances out the mineral funk of the lambic. Solid!

Fou' Foune (2017) S

The apricot has faded a little, but still very prominent. Big, soft mouthfeel. Some mineral acidity mixed in with the Cantillon house funk. Fantastic. BOught this one at the brewery.

Fou' Foune (2010) S

12 years old. Bottled August The apricot is still there, but in a concentrated flavor (not as lush as it is fresh). The sourness is dialed up, the oak is more present. It’s become very acidic, yet very drinkable. Complex lingering notes.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2020) S

So much fresh jammy raspberry on a bed of tart, citric lambic. Not much funk, lots of sour.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2017) S

Bottled March 2017. Still pretty fresh tasting. Some of the acidity sharpness has tamed, and the funk is held in check. Always a treat.
