This tastes shockingly similar to the herbal tea served at the Nobel Prize ceremony. Some berry-like bitterness.

Zwanze 2022: birra pressoché introvabile, mai messa sul mercato da Cantillon ma offerta in collaborazione a Bouchéry di Bruxelles. L’aggiunta di olmaria, o regina dei prati, caratterizza molto questa birra floreale. Si sente anche del fieno in retrogusto.

It’s nice but I’d rather have the Mamouche instead. Floral and lambic-forward indeed, gives a nice touch of balance and drinkability. Dry, bitter, tart, some teabag too with astringency included. 4.10
