A veritable symphony of grape must, stem, and barrel. The aroma is a bouquet of enticement. Velvet-smooth mouthfeel, impeccably balanced acidity. This one is a tour of grape from start to lingering finish.

Vinous aroma somewhat like lingonberry coupled with horse blanket, wet hay, with a raspberry sweet-tartness. Medium tartness, exquisite balance. Raspberry-like tartness with a delicate vinous undergirding.

Fat funk on the nose with cashew fruit and some blueberry skin aromas. On the palate, blueberry funk, skins. This lambic is absolutely incredible.

Has a touch of cashew fruit on the nose and palate. Horsey, a hint of underlying sweetness, farmhouse funk, hay. Tasty AF.

Aroma is dusky vanilla beans and chocolatey grain. Raisin flavors mix with espresso grounds, vanilla bean, and intense dark chocolate. I’m surprised this bottle is still good.

Very peppery nose with a strange but subtle floral aroma. All I can say is that this is tasty. I haven’t had anything quite like this. Yum!

Black patent malt on the nose with smoky notes, perhaps some day old used espresso grounds. Silly mouthfeel with little carbonation. Very toasty, almost soy sauce on the palate.
