Terug in het basecamp😊 iets steviger in zijn zuurgraad maar ook weer enorm fruitig. Druif, iets aards en droog in de finish.. 4.40

Tres delicat , un peu de funk et de barnyard en final mais tres subtile. Jai bien aimé mais avec le vin en pairing ça clashait un peu . Le vin etait trop intense sur l'alcool pour la biere. Par contre la biere seul avec le fromage de chevre cetait sublime
