EB Frilltessence 2023. Paired with shellfish. Young and will benefit from gaining but very clear and nice Chenin Blanc expression which I loved.

EB. Subtle but I quite love it and it will be fun to see how it develops during the next couple of years. Also a lot of fun with a Loire Chenin wine pairing side-by-side.

Trochę słodyczy, miodowe, białe owocki z początku stonowane, ale rozkręca się z ogrzewaniem. Trochę mało dzikusów jak na moje, skórkowo-cierpki finisz, zero octu. Tutaj trochę gorzej, ale ciągle b.smacznie.

Not that complex as the Bofkont Muskaat from yesterday, but pretty interesting. Fruity. Great aroma. In aftertaste a little bit sour / bitter. Pretty dry
