EB. The benchmark for our kriek and cheese bonanza and what a beautiful sour cherry lambic it is. Plenty of berries without completely hiding its lambic backbone.

EB. Subtle but I quite love it and it will be fun to see how it develops during the next couple of years. Also a lot of fun with a Loire Chenin wine pairing side-by-side.

EB. Quite “wild” with plenty of natural wine character. Nice but won’t hurt from more time in the bottle.
