It’s fine, undercarbonated with a slickness on the backend, a bit of oak and sweet oxidized fortified wine flavors to it. Not my favorite from them but still an interesting tasting experience.

Wine barrel is the star of the show. Distinct fortified wine sweetness balanced nicely with the bright lemony funk and acetic flavors. Good complexity. Great for what it is, though price of admission is high.

Snuck in a second pour from someone who decided this tasted like pickle juice. Their loss I suppose.

Eh. Chenin Blanc is an unexciting grape IMO, and it's thoroughly unexciting here.

Less distinctive this time. Still good, but more generic Cantillon-good this time.

Excellent.. musty grape notes with a bit of tart berry, touch of leather. Nice soft and lighter carbonation.

Stevedore

Lighter golden yellow body. Grapes are fairly mellow, imparts more of a skin and funk more than anything else. Leather, oak, solid carb and body.
