Et ils ont beaucoup de beau stock en bouteilles 😍 très très belle Mammouche. Acidité bien balancée. Très nice.

Elderflower almost gone only on the tip of the tongue. Still the nice Cantillon taste. Bigger body and not too dry :) pickled jalapeños without the spiciness. Green Paprika.

LCI. I was very happy to try another vintage of this unique and tasty brew. Solid pear and floral flavors feom the very present elderflower. Earthy, dry, tart, and very slightly funky body that built well thanks to the wheat and malts. 4.35
