Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA (2023)

Strong. Malty. Peppery. Boozy. Very hoppy bitter. Stone fruits to dried fruits. Definitely demanding!

Iris (2022)

Very nice lambic. Sour. Malty. Sweet. Barrel. Dry. Fruity hops in the back. Very well balanced!

Weirdly I get Cinnamon or Spekulatius at first then a really great cherry taste that stays for minutes in the mouth.

120 Minute IPA (2021)

Heavy. Apple cider vinegar. Madeira vibes. Malty, quite bitter. For that high ABV of 16.6% you don't feel the alcohol at all! Umami, sweet, chocolate... Different with every sip. Interesting but not for every day. It needs time

Geuze Mariage Parfait

2018 bottle. A bit too old and stale. Strong Brett, fruity though. Blackberries. Probably 4 years is either a year too old or 6 years too little. Grapefruit and black currant in the back / end. Still enjoyable

Stolen Passion Fruits

Passion fruit is strong in the nose and taste. Sour as to be expected but quite refreshing. Lacto is coming too. Good beer if you like dominant passion fruit tastes

Wow. The cherries are pretty dominant. Very great Kriek Lambic.

Taster after the tour. Fantastic Lambic.
