As expected, hardly any carbonation to this. It’s dry, with a pretty aggressive acidity. There’s mild funk and noticeable citrus notes. Very cool experience to try this straight from the barrel, but the small pour we were given was plenty.

Sur, syrlig, torr, lite aprikos, len och avsaknad av kolsyra tack vare att den är tagen direkt från fatet och ej kolsyresatts i flaska. Fatlagring känns av.

A little flat, has some sour notes but definitely on the lighter side.

Light, clean with a gentle sourness, the punchy flavours have yet to develop. Slightly woody. Still really nice to drink.

One of the least interesting Cantillons I've tried, but still a Cantillon, so pretty dang good

TBT. Cask at the source with Barry, Al, and Keith. (10/6/15). Brown orange color without much carbonation. Watery and bland flavor profile with wet oak, basement funk, and light leather being noticed. A touch sweet. This was the 18 month old jawn.

Il mio primo lambic! Sono venuto a battezzarmi nel tempio che ritenevo più adeguato!

Interesting taste, not heavy at all even with no carbonation, much less tart before blending
