Holy moly is one a real treat. The tartness is so well balanced with its sweet tasting notes and the nose on this glass is incredible. Recommended by the proprietor and SO glad I let him drive.

Deliciosa. Ácida, ligeramente dulce. A establo, fruta y vinagre. Manzana a regusto y muy redonda.

Aroma: ácido láctico. Frutas del bosque. Frambuesas. Muy alto. Brettanomyces. Apariencia: rojo cristalino. Sin espuma aparente. Solo un poco al servir. Sabor: ácido láctico. Frutas roja. Frambuesas. Brettanomyces al final. Cuerpo ligero. Alto CO2.
