This bottle froze in the bottom of my beer fridge & the cork popped, leaving one flat, characterless pour. A fucking shame.

French Toast Bastard 2023

Adjuncts unexpectedly over the top. Cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, maple overload. Full flavored sipper with a classic BBA presence. Bonus points $4/12oz.

Kbs (2023)

Classic KBS flavors, albeit light bodied. Chocolate chunks, roasty coffee, smooth vanilla, touch of maple. Subtle barrel but it’s there.

Sang Bleu (2022)

Tart, juicy bramble berries. Cheesy funk, dry & vinous. Waves of oak on the finish. Balanced acidity. Special.

Kriek 100% Lambic

Bottled June 2022. Funky, dry, vinous, cherry juice & skins. Faint pie crusty notes. Long oak finish.

Oude Schaarbeekse Kriek Boon (2018)

Some soapy, dry, fizzy vinegar flavors. Still balanced & tasty. Dark cherries & faint tannic oak on the finish. $6/ bottle for aged Lambic? Sign me up!

Nath (2022)

Just a taste of the bottom of the bottle. Sour, dry, earthy rhubarb.

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles

Amazing. Floral, fruity black pepper. Grapefruit pith. Complex, herbaceous, funky, oaky finish.

Sophia Lambic (2020)

Delicious, bright, vibrant acidity. Vinous, dry, fruity, funky. Long oak finish.

Drogone Lambic (2021)

Fantastic. Slightly sweet, vinous red grape skins, balanced acidity. Nutty oak finish. Cindy’s favorite.

Racine (2021)

Whoa, the most complex of the bunch. Super funky & cheesy on the nose. Barnyard funk & a lot of pears. Fizzy mouthfeel. Begs to be paired with stinky cheese.

Menu Pinea (2020)

Tart grape skins, some green apples, dry oak finish. Special.

Really well balanced Lambic. Fruity, mild tartness, signature oak finish. Zwanze Day 2022!

Nath (2021)

Lambic aged w/ rhubarb. Lively, crisp carb. More on the sour side of the spectrum. Dry, tangy & earthy.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020)

Funky, dry, tart, vinous, oaky. Clean finish. Perfect balance. Hits all the notes.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2020)

The Cantillon is abundant here if you know where to look. Great beer scene in Gros.

4 Giants IPA (2022)

Malty af. Hard to pound in 95 degree heat.

60 Minute IPA

Deliciously piney ipa. Smooth with balanced malts on the finish.

Geuze Mariage Parfait (2013)

$9.99/ 750ml bottle for vintage Lambic. Still fresh carb. Dry w/ mild tartness. Lemon rind, plenty of cheesy funk, horse blanket & peppercorns w/ some green apple & bitterness on the finish. Delish.

KBS Espresso (2021)

Dusty cocoa. Bold roasty chocolate & coffee. Bitter boozy finish.

KBS Hazelnut (2022)

Solid. Dry, bitter & roasty. Barrel, coffee, chocolate & hazelnut all present.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021)

International Stout Day! Not that I need the excuse. Deeply complex & boozy. Brandy front & center, wood, chocolate malts & dark fruit. Big time barrel presence. Very thin.

90 Minute Imperial IPA (2021)

Floral, fresh hops with a sweet, malty backbone. 9% @ 3.50/16oz, no complaints.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021)

Thin with plenty of baking spices

Kriek 100% Lambic

Beautiful. Funky hay, wisp of oak on the nose. Dry & vinous. Cherry & dark cherry skin, oak lends a subtle delectable pie crust note. Young, so of course a big oaky, tannic finish.

Backwoods Bastard 2021

Love a good scotch ale & the bastard never fails to disappoint. Just a thin body, but loads of caramel & toffee, followed by dark fruit, oak & leather. Mellow for the abv.

Kentucky Bourbon Stout (KBS) (2021)

Always solid, a mocha chocolate vibe going on. Usually boozy outta the gates, however this time not getting much barrel from this batch.

Blushing Monk

That’sa raspberry fruit beer alright. Sweet & fruity with a subtle Belgian blonde base. Malts & coriander spice on the finish. Tastes like it could be 5%, but at a sneaky 9.2% it’s incredibly smooth. Not my usual style but well done.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2020)

Bright, crisp, red raspberries. Light, effervescent & funky with a pleasant oak finish.

Cheesy funk with a distinct spice note. Lemon rind, green apple, long oak finish.

beautiful style, well done. Highly overlooked. Funky cheese, barnyard, crisp Granny Smith apples, long woody oak finish. Up there w/ the 3 font's of the lambic world.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge

Rich & fudgy. Thin body. Strong dark roast, chocolate chunk with maple present & balanced throughout. Light bourbon with a bitter coffee finish.

Big Lushious

Thin, fizzy head. Concentrated raspberry, syrupy, with coffee & a wave of chocolate on the finish. Mimics a chocolate covered raspberry. Weird but it works.

Underground Mountain Brown (2020)

12% BBA Imperial Brown Ale. You don't ever see this style. Unbelievable! Love Founders! Thin body but big caramel mocha latte flavor, bourbon, cold brew & chocolate finish. $3.99 a bottle!

Mellowed nicely. Drinking great! Bitter chocolate chunk, roasty coffee, oak barrel, nice & balanced. Thin & boozy.
