Well, I honestly planned to bring this bottle home but the wife wanted a beer after the dinner and this is all we had at the Airbnb. Her wish is my command. 2 bottles one day.

Very fresh, green elderflower with thorns. Medium sourness, highly acetic. Ok, but overhyped

Sureaux bien présent au nez avec petites notes de pommes vertes, c'est vraiment doux et bien fait en bouche ça de boit toute la journée

Excellent, le sureau est moins entêtant que dans la 2020 quand elle était fraîche, ce qui donne plus d'espace au funk. Bien équilibrée, très agréable, à boire tout de suite.

2018 vs 2021. 2021 er ekstremt floral, den eldre er mer pepper/nesten habanero, jordlig. Begge digg og forskjellig.

Much better than the last I had several years ago, the geuze is great and hints of elderflower which work great

Maybe a tad acetic but still a decent batch. Wouldn’t mind a little more carbonation.

Fruity, funky, elderflower is subtle on the nose but surprisingly fragrant on the palate. Tart, dry, with a persistent aftertaste

Zeer lekker. Klassieke cantillon basis met perfecte hoeveelheid vlierbloesem. Floraal, bijna zoet. Heel goed als aperitief.
