Œil : orangé/cuivré, col fin. Nez : sureau qui domine, notes floral/herbeux. Bouche : gros sureau, acidité bien présente , léger pommes, boisé, sèche. Longueur sur le sureau.

Un délice, grosse acidité, fleurs de sureau très discrète. Geuze bien rustique comme on aime.

Super intéressant, le sureau explosent avec une vrai puissance aromatique bien accompagné par l’acidité et le funk du lambic, super intéressant

4.05. Almost as the same as the Tilquin version. Fruiter aftertaste than Tilquin's. Worse appearance.

Earthy. Funky. Elderberry tones. Floral notes (meadowsweet?). Sour. Tart. On the verge of vinagry. Dry. Surprising balanced mix of flavours.
