Faint old barley, inside a shell smell, slight salinity, light peat. Flinty and mildly zesty, like the vinaigrette from an oyster shell. Very light.

Tussen de twee rondleidingen in een hamburger gescoord bij #BuffeloBurgers en in het Cantillon Cafe een lambiek met duindoorns gedegusteerd. Verrassend fris, licht zuur, best hoog in koolzuur, heerlijk! Daarna even kennis gemaakt met #DaveAtkins #bronkoop

One of the most underrated Cantillon lambic. So delicate, so well balanced. The argousier blend wonderfully with the lambic. It's just brilliant. Lambic is there, fruit is there. It's on another level
