Bright elderflower with a nice acidity and barrel deepness. Remind me of the elderflower syrup we did as a kid. Taste is deep, funky. Flowers adds some freshness that makes it very drinkable. Lovely stuff

The Schaerbeekse cherry fully express while not overwhelming the lambic. The cherries developped some deep and wonderful spicy notes. Really delish

Doesn't put the lambic forward, it's putting the cherries forward. Very good but lacks complexity, funkiness and some magic lambic
