Huge brett, more than i'd ordinarily associate with Cantillon, big old elderflower still there, very nice tasting aged lambic.

I have always loved mamouche and the addition of the zwanze pepper adds a really nice floral note that complements the herbal elderflower

Outstanding. Didn't know this was a blend of 2022 Zwanze. Didn't get any pepper but strong floral notes that really carried through each sip. Incredibly full mouthfeel.

Bright elderflower with a nice acidity and barrel deepness. Remind me of the elderflower syrup we did as a kid. Taste is deep, funky. Flowers adds some freshness that makes it very drinkable. Lovely stuff

Was super interested in this blend when I heard some portion of zwanze 2022 was blended with it. Result is my favorite mamouche to date! Amazing blend of the floral elements with some extra dimension from the pepper. Absolute banger - drink fresh! 4.6

Still my favourite lambic. And the twist with some Zwanze 2022 as part of the beer I really liked. Gave a neat finish.

Poivre très présent (surtout au nez), la fleur de sureau est plus discrète. C'est sec et peu acide avec quelques notes végétales. Le côté fleur de sureau s'intensifie et les notes poivrées diminuent à mesure que la bière se réchauffe et s'ouvre.

Beautiful black pepper and eldeflower, smooth with pleasant tartness. Almost juicy. Loved the pepper twist.
