Lambic d'Aunis (2019) Houlihan
Funky nose. Fruitier than St. Lam. I’m curious how this one will be with more time.

Creamy mouthfeel. The port seems to add some viscosity and a tad of sweetness, but it’s not as prevalent as I thought it would be. Really nice.

Classic, funky Cantillon nose. Drinks pretty straight down the barrel with some nice cognac barrel character. Fun tasting for a worthy cause.
