Funky, oxidized, strong vin jaune character. Dry and vinous, astringent, funky and deep. Quite a nice finishing beer.

De vreemdste so far. Leuke voor de afwisseling. Beetje sesamzaadjes in de neus, fade fast. Beetje phenolic.

Musty, lots of oxidation, raisins. Bit like a rum raisin cake. Quite light, low acidity. Really nice! Good to be back!!!

Lighter and more subtle than LVEB, really good and interesting - we did a side by side with LVEB and i think it suffers from the comparison, LVEB completely overwhelmed it

Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : vineux, fruité, puissant. Bouche : belle intensité, notes vineuses, boisé, vin de paille bien présent, acidité légère. Sèche sur la fin avec un côté raisin/pommes. Superbe !
