Funky, oxidized, strong vin jaune character. Dry and vinous, astringent, funky and deep. Quite a nice finishing beer.

Denis probably said at the best. “Some of the best cod I’ve had in my life” Gooseberries actually paired quite well with the Lou Pepe.

Rich, deep, dark cherry. A little funky, dry, a touch of burnt hair.

Nicely aged. Tannic and funky, fairly intense, a bit oxidized. Paired very well with my mushroom.

That's lovely. Dry, vinous, layered and complex. Some cantillon musty funk, some white grape, a bit tannic. Mineral notes, light, dry, refreshing. Lovely blend.
