Er is niks beter dan Lambiek. Dit is ongekend. Zo gebalanceerd in aciditeit, fruit en bitterheid. Ongelofelijk.

Cantillon open getrokken met wat Portugese vrienden. Wat blijft Cantillon toch een prachtige brouwerij. Heerlijk subtiel zuur, mooi afgeronde tannines. Mijn favorite bier allertijde.

What a banger. Definitely you taste the sweet notes of the cognac barrels. I’m glad I brought all my lambics from NL to PT to share with my Portuguese friends!

FUCK. Lambic is my favorite beerstyle and Fou’Foune is one of my favorites in this category. It has such a creamy yogurt-like taste. Unbelievable smooth and well balanced in acidity and sourness. The apricots are again well present. Amazing job Cantillon!

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2019) P.
After 9 weeks of drinking beautiful Portuguese stouts and IPA’s, a Geuze from Cantillon. One of my favourite Geuzes. Beautifully balanced between acidity and sourness. Miss this stuff. I’ll bring some nice Lambics when I go back to Porto.
