This was absolutely beautiful, might be my favorite beer this year, right before Chardonnay. Still needs a little time but the orange wine character from the macerated grape is shining amazingly here, lots of juicy citrus and almond, smooth vinous. Love!!

This and chardonnay are just incredible. While young the orange wine notes just pop. Its tannic, dry, medium tart and relatively low in acditiy. Mineraly, and only the lambic is a bit weak. Other wise a real treat. Hopefully Jean releases it soon!

Sour. Grapey earthy taste, with tarty citrusy tones. Herbal traces. Fine balance. (Slightly biased)

Как-то уксусно, но есть оттенки оранжевого винца. Интересное после: согревает и уксус переходит в приятную кислинку. 4.3

Grape must, lemony bright grains, apple juice with acetone top notes, well integrated mellow round acidity with funky touch, tart dry finish.

Very complex, stone fruits, rhubarb, grape stems and seeds, a quite complex funk that in a couple of years will be shining bright. Lovely iteration with a great ageing potential.

Aroma has a complex mix of apple, extra virgin olive oil, honey, rhubarb, elderflower, passionfruit, lemon on top of BC’s dirty funk. Initial flavour is balanced between fruitiness, sourness, bitterness and young funk. Mild carb. Finish is acidic, funky.
