Very kind of this man to give us some of his! More of a lambic than a gueuze apparently, unfermented. Flat, honeyish, bright but musty

FLN. Oct 2019 bottle. Super funky, pretty low carb. Sweat socks and some minerality. Really tasty bottle.

15 Oct 2019, haven’t cracked a bottle of this in a long time. Flavor profile is doing well - very “sweaty” funk, moldy lemon rind and cork/cellar, crittery. I do wish it had just a tad more carbonation (almost none). Love it, though.

탄산이 적어 자극이 덜했는데, 정말 맛은 그렇지 않았다. 과일이 없음에도 나는 핵과 캐릭터와 고소함, 짭짜르함 등 여러가지 복합적인 느낌이 너무 매력적이었다.

Starter dagen med en latsabb. Som en gueuze, men litt mindre karbonert, og foreløpig også uten at den sakte utviklingen har skapt mye mer kompleksitet.

15 Oct 2019. It’s utterly phenomenal, as expected, but the last 2018 bottle I had was a bit better yet. Gonna sit on the rest of these 375 ml bottles for a few years and I bet they’ll be 🤌🏼🤌🏼
