It's very nice, but it tastes a bit... young.

Can't get over the fact the nose is jam and sake. Taste is nothing like that: raspberry, lactobacillus (but not unwelcome) and a bit of honey

Swifty while picking up supplies. Light, clean, apples, mildly funky with delicate acidity. Nice

Considering it tastes like wine, i like it. Style Quest I thought I'd struggle with too.

Tart yet earthy nose with hints of beetroot and blueberry. Body has a pretty floral perfume, soft dark berries and a green leaf freshness. The earthy notes stop this being too acidic add to the slightly muddy taste.

Unusual, rich aroma of stewed blueberries, redcurrants & cranberries, masking any musty oak barrels, with soft lactic notes & subtle funk; taste is rich jammy berries soaked in lime juice, oak barrel tannin bitterness & peppery funk; then jammy red wine.

Nose is a delicate, lemon infused cream cheese with a touch of leather. Body is dry, rough white wine and a muddy puddle. More leather and lemon peel

Comfortably one of the best, if not the best, lambic I have ever had. Subtle and deep lambic base and a dried fruit sweetness from the cognac barrel. Hard to put words to this beer and how good it was.

Oxidised. Absorbed quite a lot of the cork by now, smells like root vegetables, very dry on the finish. Disappointing but not horrible, still drank worse beers that were more expensive

Perfect geuze. Boon is never one dimensional always complex spices and yeasty malt and only hidden sourness. Could be 5 degrees warmer. The new fridge in Gonzo is too cold!

Apricot and grapefruit. Still as the night. Soft and funky. A very enjoyable Cantillon.

2020 vintage so heavier apricot than sourness. Delicious.

My first basket experience! There is a certain theatre around having to unlock the special cupboard to break out the lambics and what a beer. Loads of grape skins and tanning characters with a bit of redcurrant. The tingle of greatness.

Grape character is moving mad! Acidity is there but not too bad, wine vibes too 🙌🏻

Abundant aged wine character in the nose, tart, tannic, deep berries and grapeskin, refined and a real treat to find on draft 😋🇧🇪

LCI. Cantillon on draft. Wonderful. Gonzo tap list excelling itself once again.
