My first CBS and....wow that is f*****g superb! Rich boozy black chocolate, freshly roasted coffee, raisins and burnt muscovado. The bourbon kick is an absolute killer! Smooth, indulgent perfection ππ€ͺπ€ͺ

Tour of Flanders continues. Plenty of barrel in the nose, tart apple funk with a beautifully balanced vinous character, nice acidity and a really zingy mouthfeel. A delight!
