So fruity...light...less sharp than regurlar geuze

Met nog 6 flessen te gaan was het het experiment waard om er nu al 1 te drinken. Carbonatie op een relatief normaal niveau, lichte bitter, iets zachter dan een normale Geuze. De hype en secondary prijs waard? Nope. Misschien nog wat tijd nodig?? Hopelijk

A special beer, no question about it. Really aromatic and complex, fairly lowly carbonated.

Didn’t expect it to be this lazy after 26 months in the bottle. Will have to let the remaining 5 rest a bit longer.

Close to the normal gueuze, bit flatter, more obvious hop

Cloudy golden, almost no head. Funky, citric, leather, barrel, cellar. Flat. Puckering. Special and very nice.

Bottled 15 October 2019. Perfectly clear, orange wine color. Nose is old, beautiful funky cider, leather, dark apple compote. Taste is full, smooth, softly tart, tiny carbonation. A bit short, highly easy drinking. Very elegant, better than I expected 🌈
