26 Nov 2020. Great bottle or fantastic age, perhaps both. Seedy/jammy, strong vinous notes & grape must, oak/wood, mild balsamic vinegar, lightly tart with a faint acidity, not overpowering, good carbonation, funky barnyard aftertaste. Marvelous!

Cork shot out like a bazooka. Super carbonated and effervescent. Very woody/dry, a little corky and tons of cobweb/moldy/barn stable funk. Stone fruit and lemon tartness. Excellent.

18 Aug 2022. Mild acidity creeping in (pleasantly so). Huge apricot skin / lemon / stone fruit up front with more hay/cork and white wine vinegar toward the back. God bless Belgium.

Bottle of Rosé to the dome. Bottle date 28 June 2023. Love this beer fresh. So jammy, almost seedy. Lightly tart, some berry sweetness, tons of oak, cork, funk. Very dry finish, lingering raspberry and wood. Marvelous. Best bottle I’ve had in a while

Don’t remember having this before but apparently I did and my thoughts were the same then as they are now: Good but I don’t notice much of a difference from regular All Day IPA.

24 August 2015. Always and forever the goat.

You’re goddamn right I capped the leftovers of this musty bitch to polish off when my hangover finally subsided. Carb gone (obviously) but even raunchier than I remember. Like leaving a saddle out in the rain overnight.

Tart lemon, apple, light funk, must, faint cognac, and the slightest hint of vinegar sneaks in.

Delicious, green apple and peach, sherry and vinous notes on the back end. Dry, lots of oak and a hint of cognac. Only a small touch of earthy funk. Low carb, oily body.

It’s good but honestly it tastes the same as regular All Day to me lol

17 Aug 2021. Phenomenal bottle, phenomenal age. Crisp, ripe apricot flesh, bright minerality, cork and mild sweaty funk, tart lemon and apricot finish.

Bottled 10 May 2021. Super musty/funky Cantillon nose, some tart fruit. Spruced up and lively, lightly funky, lemon and stone fruit, wet hay and faint cork. Delicious.

2018 sticker. Much ripe, such cherry 👌🏻 (This will be phenomenal in a year or two.)

28 Feb 2020 bottle date. Tons of hay, oak, and warm boozy undertones on the nose. Lemon, apple, barnyard, light cognac, horsey sweat, hint of white wine, light carb and a soft body. Marvelous.

I bought this bottle at the same time I bought my last and only other bottle - back in 2014. Let’s just say this is no longer the same beer I apparently loved eight years ago. I cannot in good conscience give this a rating 🤢

27 Aug 2020 (I seem to have a lot of this bottling date). The usual: cork, moldy hay/barnyard, earthiness, green apple, faint vinegar, and getting some sweaty feet funk on the back end as it warms.

Super dry and roasted/burnt coffee, a hint of toasted hazelnut, faint fudge and cocoa dust, lightly silky body. Not bad.

15 Oct 2019. It’s utterly phenomenal, as expected, but the last 2018 bottle I had was a bit better yet. Gonna sit on the rest of these 375 ml bottles for a few years and I bet they’ll be 🤌🏼🤌🏼

Another 27 Aug 2020 bottle, another stunner.

27 Aug 2020 bottle date. Classic Gueuze is always a banger (relatively) fresh. Funky barn, cork, damp wood, Granny Smith apple, light yogurt, dry mineral finish.

Thin body, light coffee, roast, hint of leather and char, bourbon presence is strong and slightly abrasive in the finish. Needs more depth and body to support the barrel.

Batch one. Way over the hill. Terrible nose, sour and oxidized. No tartness in the flavor, oddly, but unbearably messy. Booze, cardboard, oxidation, mint, only redemption is a hint of caramel. Will not rate because that’s not fair; this was great fresh.
