So so good, it’s tannic and drying, but also some sour cherry and sweet, a tiny hint of tuna, my favourite Cantillon tasting note

Had some bitterness, restrained on the acidity, a hint of green apple and white wine

Very little sourness, just fruit with a tiny bit of lemon, maybe some apple

Oooof delicious. Subtly sour, really funky, definitely has that tuna brine that was in the 50N, loads of tannic grape

Shared. Really vinous. Subtle acidity too, I’d be rating higher if I hadn’t had their other grape lambics

Odd tasting notes of tuna and vinegar…went down well though. Shared.

More sour than the previous, tannic but very lactic heavy in terms of tartness

Lambic D’Aunis (2022) Jackson
Absolutely delicious, met a lovely South Carolinian brewer and Australian hop grower to share the next few beers with, what Cantillon is great for

Feel sorry for the bartender, alarmed at the cork present and then struggled to remove it, we managed together with brute force, ever delightful

Tyrnilambic Baie d'Argousier Jackson
I’ll be 100% honest, no idea what seabuckthorn tastes like, maybe expecting something a bit more

Ooof just delicious, shared with the bros in law, can I get them into lambic. Based on this, yes…

Mildly rushed but didn’t get as much fruit character as previously had from other batches. A bizarre find. Lucky boy
