Lots of grapes, and fairly flat. It’s a lot like drinking a chilled red wine. I wish I had some cheese to pair with this.

Œil : rosé/rouge, col fin. Nez : notes de cerises, poivre, léger raisins. Bouche : belle puissance, notes de cerises, poivre, léger romarin, acidité bien équilibrée. Belle longueur sur la cerise/poivre.

This was superb. Layered acidity balanced with floral, herbal aromatics. Vinous fruit and touch of funk characterize the palate, finishing a touch dry.

Yeah that’s a 5. Got a spice note on top of all of the other lambic and berry flavors we’ve had going all day. Amazing stop.
