Some real deal musty Cantillon. Lots of grape must, pinot noir dryness. Light cherry and funk. Really classy lambic, and very much in my style. Smells oaky and complex.

Lci @ moeder Smooth, lambic en druif zijn aan elkaar gewaagd. Ik denk dat de druif zelfs nog wel de overhand heeft.

Assuming this was the 2020 that I had on Zwanze Day at BMT. However, surprisingly more complex and much more elderflower forward. Stone fruit still remains. Not quite as dirty as a fresh Mamouche. It’s beautiful stuff.

Tutaj bardzo wyraźna stajnia, wybija się i psuje równowagę, ja tak nie lubię, mniej kwasowości i w ogóle mniej "winne" od wyśmienitego vigneronne

Zamowic 2020 dostac 2018 to juz czuc ze klient premium. Dalej dobre
