Superb. Elegant and complex. Grapes, fruit, white wine, macerated grapes, wood barrel, citrus. Intense, with a great balance between acidity and sweetness. Dry and sharp, intense. Exceptional beer.

This day vastly exceeded expectations! Met people at cantillon and then ran into them again at moeder, sharing pours in both places. Great beers and people here.

Sehr liecht, gueti wiinote, biz wie en suure most. Darf sicher no chli älter werde. Fiini cholesüüri vorhande und mit em funk fasch kein unterschied

Schön feine gschmack nach trube. Eher uf de liechte siite und drum rächt süffig.

Quite mild, mellow in flavor. Still good but expected a bit more complex flavor. Aging will be positive for flavor development I guess.

Obwohl ich kein Sauerbierfan bin ist das hier völlig in Ordnung. Mit verbundenen Augen hätte ich vermutlich gesagt, es handle sich um einen Sekt. Fruchtig, leicht sauer. Etwas besonderes, das ich wieder bestellen würde. Jahrgang 2023.
