Superb. Elegant and complex. Grapes, fruit, white wine, macerated grapes, wood barrel, citrus. Intense, with a great balance between acidity and sweetness. Dry and sharp, intense. Exceptional beer.

Quintessential kriek, superb example. Strong sweet and sour cherry notes. Cherry jam at the nose. The palate is mildly sour, with notes of underripe fruit, sour cherries. Elegant, fresh, balanced. Really good.

The nose is fresh, fruity with some herbal touch. Wine notes, light acetic note, mild funkiness (leather, stable note). The palate is intense and tasty, with fruity and white wine notes. Yellow fruit, grape juice, light wood. Balanced acidity. Really good

Very fresh and drinkable, really good. The nose is like smelling a cup of fresh raspberries. Fruity and herbal, with the right sweet touch of fresh berry juice. The palate is again fresh raspberry, tart and fresh, with some herbal bitterness. Excellent.

Very nice geuze, fresh and fruity with mild, balanced acidity. The notes are yellow fruit, juicy, cherries, and citrus like grapefruit. Some mild leather notes at the nose. Relatively straightforward but very enjoyable and balanced.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio

Delicate and complex nose, with white wine, grape notes, fruit, and some floral notes. Slight acetic note, like old wine barrel. The palate is delicate and complex, floral and fruity notes, mild acidity, white wine, barrel notes, and some citrus. Superb.

The nose is fresh and fruity, quite citrusy. Orange juice, grapefruit, and lime. Some apricot as well. The palate is tart and fresh as well. Again grapefruit and bitter orange, the sourness is not too intense, very pleasant. Dry and decently intense, nice

Nice fresh and fruity kriek. The sourness is on the mild side, but the cherry notes are very marked and pleasant. Right amount of complexity and funky notes, light but present. Very good.

Superb beer. The nose is rich and intense with fresh fruit and grape juice. Sweet white grapes, tropical fruits, notes of old wine barrel and cellar. The palate is rich and juicy, again with fruit and grapes. Sourness is pleasantly mild. Really good!

The nose is soft and sweet, with strawberries and other berries (light raspberry and blackberry). The palate is fresh and tart, with underripe fresh fruit, some citrus, and light wine notes. Red berries again, strawberries, red wine. Really good.

The nose has citrus, fruit, and mild funky notes. Some cheese, yeast, earthy notes. The palate is rich and fresh, multifaceted, and fairly complex. Pleasant citrusy sourness, grapefruit, bitter orange peel. Some wood notes. Very nice and underrated gueze.

The funky notes are particularly pronounced in this one: aged cheese, leather, old cellar notes. The cherries are very present, fresh and sweet. The finish is dry and bitter, balancing the other notes. Quite complex, very good.

Very nice overall. The sourness is quite mild and soft, and cherry notes are fresh and natural. Some mild funky notes, and some herbal notes. Some sour red wine at the nose. Interesting bitterness that balance the sweeter fruity notes.

Tasty and intense. Fairly intense sourness, with vinegar notes. Wine barrel notes, light wood. Yellow fruit. Some citrus. Vinous notes, like white wine. Some funky notes, but very mild. Juicy. Some herbal notes, almost minty. Excellent traditional lambic.

Nice fresh kriek. Aromas a fruity, slight funky note, a lot of cherries. Mostly sweet and fruity notes at the nose. The palate has is fresh, tart, with some lemony sourness. Fresh cherries, light amarena taste, fruity notes. The sourness is well balanced
