Acidez moderada equilibrada com dulçor que lembra uma bala de cereja. Traz bastante cereja e outras frutas silvestres. Muito boa cerveja!

Very nice overall. The sourness is quite mild and soft, and cherry notes are fresh and natural. Some mild funky notes, and some herbal notes. Some sour red wine at the nose. Interesting bitterness that balance the sweeter fruity notes.

More bitter than I anticipated, but unfortunately not with enough acidity and/or sweetness to balance. Fruitiness is also rather absent, and a slightly off-tasting tartness also doesn’t help. Not really enticing.

Lusciously juicy beautiful cherry, lightly spiced, slightly char threads and a little buttery pie crust. Roundly, softly fluffy but bone dry in the swallow.
