More than Lambic, it looks like a Wild Ale. Oak, woody, tart, dry, apple flavor mixed dry white wine, and when it warms up, it has a slight caramel.

Lambic aged for four and a half years in barrels that were built around 1908. Wordless complexity, nice pearl and a pleasant cognac-like nose, apricots, very subtle funky. 😻
