Weird but very pleasant wine based sour bee. Very moreish in an odd way. Love it

Amazingly this is the first time I've had a Cantillon beer on draught and it doesn't disappoint. A wonderfully complex farmhouse beer with the sourness dialled back ever so slightly, great stuff.

Off that is not a beer for amateurs, very savoury hint of salt and wow

Insane! Sea water salinity, kale (ish) bitterness, mellows to more fruity but retains a tang with that cantillon sharpness to boot. On the nose it’s really pungent in a similar way to truffle and keeps pulling you back in.

Beautiful cherry lambic that actually tastes like fresh instead of artificial cherries, would recommend!

The rhubarb struggles to punch through, but a tasty enough half!

Wonderful. Proper lambic. Fruit comes in at the back end. Complex. And it's on draft!
