Beautiful irridescense, glowing orange, completely still. Funky cheese and gym socks, lemon and fusel. Medium bodied, lightly watery, vinous, back-end sharpness, like an aged cheddar. Long, lingering, mildew finish.

Lambics are one of my favorite styles and I feel blessed to get Cantillon!

Less carbonation than all other Cantillons I’ve had which I think is a detriment but still better than most beers ever.

I’ve only had this lambic a couple times, one of the only “regular” Cantillons I’m not that familiar with. It’s really nice though, bright and fruity, medium acidity, green apple and oak. Cantillon brine. Thin mouthfeel due to light carb. 2022 bottling

Matured in the oak barrel for 3yr~ Complex flavor, golden, bright, amber Apple, honey, tropical fruit like apricot, peach, vanilla and spruce and crackers ~ One of the most impressive beer in Cantillon brewery Can’t miss it!
