Purposefully flat; the base for lamvinus and rosé. My least favorite of the flight but still delicious and wish it was carbonated.

Yep, add some raspberry to grand cru and add carbonation and you win.

Still yesterday. Near perfection. Marriage between wine and beer. Jammy, sweet, balanced with the grand cru base with funk and sourness that's unmatched. Cheers to zwanze day!

Very young (Jan '23) but beautiful nose of honey, freshly baked cherry pie, buttery crust. Flavor is quite tart and lightly tannic, raspberry and blueberry flavors, some baked cherry depth. Very nice. Med + acid , a bit too tart right now

Astounding, lovely tannic grape character, spicy, leathery , this is a young bottle though, touches of Welches

Fun beer- flat but still vibrant with life : leathery grapefruit, some residual sugar, refreshing

Big Merlot grape flavor on the classic Cantillon base.

This deep burgundy honeysuckle berries work really well in the classic Cantillon lambic base. Fruit is a little lighter than the St Lamvinus which enables the complex Lambic flavors to shine through.

Sour Saturday at Bottlecraft with True Lambic samplers. Cantillon Gueuze is still the Lambic benchmark. Light funky, fruity with a mellow tart finish.

4 oz bottle pour. Don't know if it was the bottom of the bottle, but getting a lot of autolysis.

4 oz bottle pour. Still good, but not as paradigm shifting as I've had of this before
