Amazing blue honeysuckle lambic with just enough berry flavor to add complexity without diminishing the Lambic base. This was worth the trek to Belgium to bring this bottle home - wish I had more!

This deep burgundy honeysuckle berries work really well in the classic Cantillon lambic base. Fruit is a little lighter than the St Lamvinus which enables the complex Lambic flavors to shine through.

Classic Gueuze G.

Sour Saturday at Bottlecraft with True Lambic samplers. Cantillon Gueuze is still the Lambic benchmark. Light funky, fruity with a mellow tart finish.

Le Plaisir G.

Great Lambic worthy of the Cantillon moniker, however the grape notes are. It as prominent as I expected.

Drogone Lambic G.

Crimson colored Lambic with heavy wine character and assertive wood flavor presumably from the chestnut barrels. Finish is dry.

Classic Gueuze G.

Classic Lambic at the source. Hay aroma with complex flavor- more acidic than the still cask Lambic.

A little heavy on the merlot, but still an amazing Cantillon beer. Served at the source from a beer chiller.
