2011...was hoping for carb. None but enjoyable...green strong assertive funk and expected lambicy nose... still lemony funky cheese. Solid flavor profile. Nice change tasting one still - has been awhile.

Curious aroma from the bottle...a sweet bubblegum or cotton candy. Hard to characterize the aroma from the glass: cider, sweet, & funky. Flat & smooth. Farmhouse, funky, sharp light bitter finish. Unexpected.

3 year old unblended lambic. Still, funky, mellow acidity, white grapes & green apples. Bottled in "2017?" according to the label. An unreal experience.

No carb. Smells like some old cat lady’s basement. Tastes like apple skins, vinegar, and wood from a shipwrecked fishing boat. If you think this sucks, gimme your bottles.
