Vibrant orange foliage pour, no head. Aroma of stone fruit and Brett. Taste follows, very tart and intense, with vinegar, cherries and leather.. Very tasty!

This was delicious, a bit dry at the end, not necessarily bad. This is sour but super mellow, a really nice tartness not assaulting. A sweetness too. It's pretty complex :)

Still lambic with hints of hay. Reminds me of a farm on a beautiful clear day. Very interesting

Interesting blend of tastes. I'm not sure they all work for my tastes buds it's almost like it's conflicting.

Sterk terugkomen van een matige start. Paardendeken lucht maar in de afdronk vrij soepel en niet te stoffig, een goede opvolger van de connaisseurs openingsbier

Cantillon! Anderlecht, bxl - 3 jaar in de paardenbak, wild vergiste lambic. Daardoor wat milder in smaak met meer hout. Voldoet aan de 3 k’s. Kwaliteit, kwaliteit en kwaliteit 🌶🌶🌶

Echte wijn van graan(?) v/d meesters van Cantillon. Mooie fles, schitterend etiket en ruikt fantastisch. Scherp randje ontbreekt, drinkt net wat vlakker dan je gewend bent van Cantillon. 3 jaar gerijpt op eikenhouten vaten en 1 jaar na bottelen ontkurkt

Flat golden colour. Nice barnyard funk in the nose. Refreshing white wine flavour in the start, long and acidic balanced finish. Tasty fruit notes.
