This is a tasty chocolate with spice notes although I can't specifically identify them. Overall, a pleasant afternoon beer.

#9999. It's been quite a journey. Some stellar beers, some less than stellar beers and I've learned a lot along the way. This has the color of rubies, hints of oak, and Bordeaux grapes, smooth texture.

I would expect nothing less from Cantillon. This is sour, dry with the merest hint of sun ripened apricots. I appreciate and thoroughly enjoy Lambics.

Dark, with a hint of chili, just enough for a warming tingle, some cinnamon and cocoa, too.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2022) P
Which comes first the coffee flavor or the Bourbon barrel aging? Dark, laced with Bourbon flavors and coffee this is an annual favorite.

This blend of three lambics, 1-year, 2-years, and 3-years old, is smooth, a touch tart, tangy and most assuredly Belgiany. Heaven bless air borne yeast.

The color of lightly clouded rubies, the taste of tart cherries.

All Day? Hazy, light hops flavor, good texture and low ABV this could easily be an all day session beer.

Jewel-like color, raspberries, tart, and for me simply delightful.

I appreciate Brasserie Cantillon brewing very much. Belgiany, funky and sadly this bottle is still.

Another reviewer wrote a wonderful description of this beer, citing the espresso, notes of caramel & chocolate. I regret my review will not be as poetic. I enjoy espresso in all its forms and this is everything I could want in an Espresso Coffee Stout.

Speechless. Barrel Aged and boozy. Dark, rich, roasty, cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa just as Founders labeled it.

With an 11.1% ABV this is a rich and satisfying Bourbon barrel aged Imperial Porter.

Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°3 P
Sour, dry, effervescent with bubbles that quickly dissipate.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) P
I've been looking forward to this beer. A Dogfish Head brewed stout aged in Samuel Adams Utopia barrels has impressive "parentage". This hides it's ABV very well except for a warming sensation.

🍒 Lambic, Belgian y, hint of Oakley tannins, tart, sour. Completely delicious.

A Barley Wine that hides its ABV well. Malty with 75 IBUs it's tasty and sneaky. 😆

Hard seltzers are interesting concepts, which some do better than others. The whiskey and cherry flavors come thru while for me the Bergamot is lacking. Overall, I'd like the hard seltzers to have a more full bodied flavor.

Oh, my. Once again I've decided to simply sit and enjoy. If you know Mikkeller and Belgian Strong ales then I don't need to say anymore.

Founders comes through again. Thick, citrus fruit, agave brings sweetness.

Sometimes I want to describe as best I can how much I enjoy my beer and sometimes I'm enjoying the beer so much I focus on that alone.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) P
I never thought I'd be drinking this illusive beer yet here it is. Celebrating my songs birthday with incredible beers. Coffee, chocolate, maple, not thick and an ABV that means this is a sipping beer.

It took some time to unveil the bottle: remove the outermost layer of foil, unwrap and lift off the cage, spend several minutes and much exertion to remove the cork to be able to imbibe and enjoy this spectacular beer. Tart, 🍒, tangy, and dry.

Another rich, complex, highly drinkable brew from Founders.

Glorious Oude, Belgiany with plenty of funk and oak impressions.

So much to take in - coffee, vanilla, milk sugar, smooth texture.- Good on you Founders.
