Hazy-O! Williams

Hazy gold pour, white head. Nice aroma of lemon, banana, and oat, taste follows, creamy, body but bitter finish, with pineapple, coconut. Tasty!

Nemesis (2021) Williams

Brown pour, foamy tan head. Aroma of fruits, nut, a bit of chocolate roastiness. Huge flavor, lots of malty goodness, caramel, cream, cocoa, roasty chocolate, with pine, grapefruit. grass. Delicious.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge Williams

Black pour, foamy brown head. Fudge, vanilla, oak, and yes, some maple. Extremely rich and chocolaty. Coffee, too, like chocolate covered espresso beans. Full and chewy. Amazing.

Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 91 Mono Blend Williams

Orange-gold pour, no head. Great subtle aroma of grapes, raisins, nectar. Taste follows, subtle lemon and oak. Quite nice.

Gold pour, minimal head. More vegetal and smoky notes, almost squashy, than VAT 91, less sweet and nectary, although there is still some sweetness.

Golden-orange pour. Aroma of apricot, peach, and vanilla, taste follows with hay and barnyard, some tart apple and delicate pear. As the beer warms, it gets increasingly barnyardy and nectary.
