2022. [basement couch, back wall] Aroma is pretty subtle, some pomme notes and a light bit of citrus. Flavor also subtle—undercarbed and luckily a saving throw of farmhouse herbal flavors to keep it alive.

A flat beer, very funky and I think the bar messed up their Untappd listing of what they’re serving.

V funky rosé vinous, maybe most enjoyable “flat” beer I’ve encountered. Happy to change my mind re lambics…

Big potential, but very disappointing. Nice funk, slight tart, but….. completely flat. This was bottled 3/21 and stored properly. Quite a let down.

Dead flat but still tasty. Love the funk and tart. Could have been a 5!

Nice. This is quite the experience. It came in a basket. I'm not a huge lambic fan, but this is pretty special. It should be for $60/bottle!

White flavor. Harsh on the tongue. If you like white wine and a less blubbly beer, this is probably for you. But not for me. This includes vibe inflation.
