I’m not sure why I had any other beers this evening… this is the chosen one. Deep, dark, roasty, black coffee with a sweet french vanilla cold foam on top. SO good.

The nose introduces the palate of booze with punches of rum, brown sugar & dark berry. The palate is exceptional; malty, syrupy & caramelized with layered complexity through the distinct presence of dehydrated fruits, figs, & dates 🔥2013 - 15.6%🔥

Heavy espresso, coffee bean, and chocolate with a faint chocolate-covered frozen cherry shining through in the background. A touch carbonated but the sweetness tones the mouthfeel down into a smooth, syrupy dessert

Balanced notes of barley that traverses towards creamy coconut, marshmallow, and whipped cream accented by caramel syrups with praline crumbles on top, and a faint booziness from the barrel-aging shines through to conclude this alcoholic expedition.
