I'm a bit obsessed with pepper, so this particularly hits the spot for me. The nose alone is amazing, but it tastes even better. Lots of the usual and wonderful pink peppercorn notes, but a few additional layers on top

Camerise Lambic (2020) Avedissian
June 11 2020 bottling. New fruit for me. Like a vinous blend of blackberry and blueberry. Touch of tannin. Light funk in palate, more in nose. Honey notes in back palate and finish. Pairs well with hazelnut and chocolate.

Lots of ruby grapefruit juice and zest, with some lemon zest as well. Solid bitterness. Touch of pine in the finish
