Tart fruity citrusy lemony aroma, tastes tart, citrusy, lemony, finish bit bitter, nice though the bitterness is a bit too harsh

Kudos to the waiter that was not sure about the sediment and poured another one and checked with colleagues to make sure that we was not poisoning me 😂

Quite sour and tart with an acidic aftertaste - classic lambic. Slight hint of malty sweetness (off-dry) and a milky note/texture.
