Nose has mango and a hint of tangerine. Taste is sour, off-dry, sour oranges, bottled lemon juice, yuzu and a slightly tart note.

Flutter Bjerg

Dry, hint of lime zest, hoppy, a bit of soap and a lingering medium grapefruit bitterness. Slightly creamy mouthfeel.

Lost In the Sauce Bjerg

Somewhat anonymous nose, but still some fresh hops and light raspberries. Taste is somewhat dank, carbonated, grassy and hints of toffee (albeit not much sweetness). Super smooth mouthfeel.

Edwin Supply Bjerg

Light and crisp with some malt. Light bitterness.

Labyrinth of Gold Bjerg

Dry and hoppy nose with slight pilsner vibes. Taste is dry, high lingering bitterness and some piney notes (almost resinous). The bitterness is somewhat overpowering the other flavours - and somewhat overpowering in general (and I like bitter beers).

Tropic 66 Bjerg

Somewhat fruity and orangy nose. Taste is fruity, tropical, oranges, herbal, off-dry to dry and medium to high bitterness. Very hazy and somewhat creamy mouthfeel.

Måneskin Bjerg

Malty and somewhat hoppy nose. Taste has some malty sweetness, juicy, hint of soap, light pineapple and low bitterness. Slightly smooth oily body.

Mostly dry, citrus, slightly oily and medium to low bitterness. Somewhat malt heavy.

Somewhat sour nose. Taste is sour, off-dry, sherry.

Fuzzy Greens Bjerg

Dank nose with sharp rubber. Taste is green, dank, somewhat sharp, burnt rubber, bitter green tea, light honeydew melon, some kind of orange and low to medium bitterness. Mostly dry.

Meditation Disco Bjerg

Somewhat dank, dry and crisp with a lingering grapefruit bitterness. Fluffy mouthfeel.

Side Gig Bjerg

Nose has some slightly dank herbal notes. Taste is hoppy, herbal, grapefruit zest and slightly dank with medium to high bitterness. Good mouthfeel for a SIPA.

Undulate 13 Bjerg

Nose has vanilla and some chocolate. Taste has chocolate, vanilla, hint of banana and medium sweetness. Slightly boozy aftertaste with a hint of burnt malty bitterness.

Sator Cuvée Bjerg

Nose has wet wood and, ages plums some acidity. Taste is somewhat sour, a hint of sweetness and some plum notes. Finish has light tartness, light dryness and some acidic notes. Very balanced.

Doobie Brother Bjerg

Somewhat tropical pineapple nose. Taste is soapy, quite dry, carbonated (lends a bit of bitterness, minerality and a hint og acidity) and some notes of pineapple. Light, somewhat fruity a d fresh.

Opera Bjerg

Tart and funky nose with wet wood.Taste is somewhat creamy with a bit of malty notes, hint of BA/barrel/wood, hint of licorice, mostly dry, some tartness and grape seed like bitterness. Somewhat drying mouthfeel. Like a "simple" version of a Penyllan beer

Tenet Bjerg

Nose is dry and funky with notes of sour cherries and wet wood. Taste is almost creamy with some sour cherries, some cherry pits/almond flavours, slightly sour, tart, somewhat drying, a bit of bitterness and wet barrels.

Peachfuzz Bjerg

Quite hoppy and somewhat peachy nose with a hint of licorice. Taste is hoppy, juicy, dry, grassy, subdued licorice and a medium to high carbonated lingering bitterness. Good full body.

Fog Tha Police Bjerg

Dry, orange and somewhat malty with a yeasty note.

Building Blocks Bjerg

Light floral nose. Taste is has a hint of sweetness, coconut, mild mango, somewhat creamy, an earthy floral note and sunscreen(!). Ends mostly dry with low to medium bitterness.

Iluka Bjerg

Tropical nose. Taste is quite dry, bitter grapefruit with a pronounced lingering bitterness. Somewhat light body. Could have used a bit more balance for the bitterness.

Great Gig In The Sky Bjerg

Hops, wheat and somewhat tropical nose. Taste is at first slightly sweet, but then transitions to being dry with earthy and slightly dank notes. Ends with a good dose of hoppy bitterness. Smooth body with oaty notes.

Floating City Bjerg

Tropical nose. Taste is dry, tropical notes (mango and guava), some minerality and ends with moderate green bitterness. Somewhat high carbonation.

Lowmotion Pink Bjerg

Floral, rosehip and slightly hoppy nose. Taste is somewhat sweet and slightly sour with floral rosehip petals. Ends with a slighty tart note. Quite decent non alcoholic beer.

Black Magic Woman Bjerg

Malty and somewhat smoky nose with peat/peated whisky. Taste is quite smoky, like a bonfire, dry, pronounced bitter dark malts and dark chocolate. Texture feels slightly watery despite the high ABV. Drop the "real man's beer" thing - so last century.

Arepo Bjerg

Brett, notes of iron, hints of peach/nectarine and honey on the nose. Taste is somewhat sour, notes of honey, dry, tart, slightly milky and just a fruity hint of peaches. Very light carbonation.

Classic Gueuze (2022) Bjerg

Nose is tart and slightly sour. Taste is somewhat sour, a hint of sweetness, tart with just a funky note. Very classic gueuze as it should be.

Dreaming of the Void Bjerg

Nose has coconut, white coconut rum and vanilla. Taste is again coconut, subdued white coconut rum, some cocoa and some caramel like sweetness. Ends with a slightly bitter note.

Noche Buena 2.0 Bjerg

Nose has spices and chocolate. Taste starts out with chocolate, vanilla, off-dry and ends slightly warming - probably both the alcohol and chili. Could have used a bit better mouthfeel. Very balanced use of habanero.

Paradisfugl Bjerg

Tropical, hoppy and somewhat sweet nose. Taste has some sweetness, pineapple, oranges or grapefruit, other tropical notes and low to medium bitterness.

Modern Solutions Bjerg

Hoppy and somewhat tropical nose. Taste has some subdued fruity notes, quite dry, slightly dank, notes of hay/grass and medium to high bitterness. Slight hop burn and smooth mouthfeel (especially for an IPA). Really love the punchy bitter taste.

Future Horizons Bjerg

Milky and light tropical nose (like a sea breeze). Taste is mostly dry with a hint of soap, light orange, hops, slightly dank and some lychee (without the sweetness). Ends with a lingering medium bitterness. Good soft/silky mouthfeel.

Spontankonatsu Bjerg

Nose has sour citrus - like some cleaning liquids 😊. Taste is quite sour, sour citrus/lime and some tartness. Slightly simple, but still very nice lambic style beer.

Around the Bend Bjerg

Slightly tropical and oaty nose. Taste is bone dry, some herbal notes, slightly floral and fruity, hints of oats and bitter grapefruit. Ends with lingering medium to medium-high bitterness.

Curse of the Hop Monster Bjerg

Subdued hops, slightly floral and somewhat malty nose. Taste is green, smooth, slightly sweet (but still has some dryness), notes of pine and resin with mid to low bitterness.

Pocket Philosophy Bjerg

Hoppy, tropical and somewhat dank nose. Taste is juicy, mostly dry, quite hoppy, hint of toothpaste and pine trees with medium bitterness. There's a hint of earthy papaya and melon, but not that pronounced.

Hoppy, fruity and tropical nose. Taste is dry, green hops, notes of citrus, hint of soap and low bitterness.

Malty nose with a hint of licorice. Taste has some licorice (Gajol?), some roasted notes, moderate sweetness and some roasted malty bitterness. Somewhat smooth mouthfeel.

Nice Spice Bjerg

Malty, licorice (star anise) and medium-high lingering bitterness. Can't really taste the oranges.

Jul Suffer Bjerg

Lightly hoppy, slightly herbal, dry and bitter with some oaty creaminess. Slightly funky aftertaste, which annoys me a bit.

Jule-IPA Bjerg

Some citrus and coriander in the nose. Taste is somewhat bitter, subdued coriander and citrus, slightly sweet and a just a bit of fruityness. BBE 04/22 - it held up quite well.

Noche Buena Bjerg

Roasted malt on the nose. Taste is smooth, creamy, bitter chocolate, slightly sweet, somewhat spicy (but not really hot), roasted malt. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness - and well dosed chili.

Mirrored - BRU-1 / Citra Bjerg

Orange on the nose. Taste is somewhat dank, moderate bitterness, oranges, slightly floral, very light sweetness and a velvety smooth mouthfeel.

Night of the Hop Creeps Bjerg

Juicy, slightly hoppy, carbonated bitterness and a slightly drying sensation. Slightly fruity and just a tad of sweetness.

Hoppy nose. Taste has some hops, dry, slightly soapy, yeast and medium to medium-high bitterness.

Lightly smoky, malty and medium bitternes. Really nice end balanced rauch bier.

Malty pilsner notes, somewhat high carbonation, light fruity notes and medium lingering bitterness.

More malty sweetness, medium bitterness, a bit of hay. Could use a bit more umph for the ABV.

Slightly soapy nose. Taste is smooth, somewhat bitter, hint of citrus and floral notes. Slightly simple but quite nice for a session.

Somewhat sweet, dank, tropical notes, ripe melons and a medium bitterness.

Royal Oak Bjerg

Nose has some soy sauce. Taste has some soy, cocoa, dried fruits, sweetness and a bit of walnuts. Quite boozy - would need a bowl of vanilla ice cream to balance it out.

Tile Cutter Bjerg

Hoppy, somewhat bitter, crisp and clean. Somewhat boring.

Røgslør Bjerg

Nose has sbdued smoky wood (slukket lejrbål). Taste is smoky, smoked mackerel, smoked sausage, malty and some sweetness. The smoke is nicely integrated albeit still present.

Smooth Operator Raspberry/vanilla Bjerg

Nose has sweet raspberries. Taste has creaminess, raspberries, some sweetness (albeit still mostly dry), tart, just a hint of sourness. Very easy to drink, but still interesting.

Weird Weather Non-Alcoholic Hazy IPA Bjerg

Sour, a bit tart and some bitterness with just a bit sweetness. Slightly lemony. Pretty good no ABV beer.

Kærlighed Spring/Summer 2023 Bjerg

Crisp, slightly floral and a hint of sweetness (even though it's dry) with medium to high lingering bitterness.

Mikkeller UK Pale Ale Bjerg

Dry, crisp and medium to high bitterness with a touch of lemon peel. Quite refreshing.

Thor Bjerg

Heavy and quite sweet with licorice and caramel notes. Besides that it's a bit boring.

Hokus Kokos Bjerg

Huge amount of coconut on the nose. Taste is full on coconut with chocolate - basically liquid bounty. It's sweet, but also has a pronounced roasty bitterness.

Replika Bjerg

Hazy, medium to medium-high bitterness, a bit of citrus and somewhat juicy. Quite nice IPA.

Roasted Rhapsody Bjerg

Chocolate, somewhat dry, somewhat carbonated and some fruity roasted malt.

House of the Dragon Bjerg

Nose has chocolate and a bit of cream. Taste has subdued cocoa, roasted malt and some bitterness. Not sweet but also not bone dry. Ends with some lingering spicy chili, but in no way overpowering. Still a bit on the light side, but good for the ABV.

Undulate V12 Bjerg

Lots of cocoa, dry and quite bitter with a hint of sweetness, burnt and a hint of coffee. Lactose like creaminess. Lingering burnt malt bitterness. Quite balanced stout.

Undulation Bjerg

Tart, just slightly sour, off-dry and some berries (raspberries). Nice and crisp.

Ampersand: Citra Bjerg

Citrus fruits, a good dose of bitterness, bitter orange marmelade, somewhat dank and some malty sweetness.

Obsequious Bjerg

Nose has chocolate and coffee. Taste has a good dose of sweetness, malty bitterness, some coffee and subdued vanilla/barrel. Slightly acidic and lasting bitter ending which offsets the sweetness nicely.

Pantagruel Bjerg

Tastes like rum & raisins ice-cream. Notes of semi sweet rum, raisins, slightly oxidised slightly sour, hints of banana and some notes of sherry and port wine.

Fotonik - Nelson Sauvin Bjerg

Hint of burnt rubber, clean and light, minerality, slightly floral and subdued malt. Slight bitterness.

White Bloom Bjerg

Banana esters, some sweetness, hint of coriander and slightly wheaty. True to its style.

Tepazote Bjerg

Subdued banana (from the beer it's based in), some fruityness, slightly sour and a hint of fermented pineapple.

Vridsløse Brown Bjerg

Dark malts, subdued bitterness, caramel and somewhat light. Still quite nice for a 4,9% beer.

Momentum Bjerg

Malty, slightly floral, somewhat hoppy and some bitterness. Off-dry.

Kintsugi Bjerg

Light, somewhat bland and flat. Crisp and easy drinking, but not much taste.

Nose has malty hvidtøl. Taste starts slightly sweet but quickly transitions to burnt malt, bitterness, dry, coffee and a hint of licorice. Slightly creamy. Very nice baltic porter. Full, bitter and not sweet. Can is 6 month past BBE date 😊.

Beep Boop Bjerg

Floral, hoppy, somewhat bitter, grapefruit bitterness and quite full mouthfeel for a session IPA.
