Strawberries and cherries, some tartness, a bit of sweetness (but not too much). Hint of licorice. A bit like strawberry jam.

Joker & the Thief 2022 Bjerg

Nose starts like a stout, but quickly changes to something sweeter and more fruity. Taste is sweet, fruity and quite rich with notes of caramel and prunes - but still has just a hint of roasted malt bitterness. Thick mouthfeel. Fun and interesting beer.

Old Habits Bjerg

Malty, off-dry to dry and notes of caramel. Quite thin and a kind of funky aftertaste. Beer style is not really my thing, but I like that it's not too sweet.

Castle Black Stout Bjerg

Nose is full of vanilla, dark chocolate and malt. Taste is quite rich with vanilla, dark chocolate, fudge and just a hint of malty bitterness. Quite thick texture.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2019) Bjerg

Quite dry, sour (bordering acidic), slight coconut, sour cherries (albeit mostly the skin), tart, astringent and almost a peppery note.

Swedish Wash Bjerg

Off-dry to dry, notes of champagne, notes of slightly sweet grapes/white wine and slightly tart. Elegant bubbles (subdued but definitely there).

Do Stuff Together Bjerg

Juicy, dry, some hops, fruity, a hint of soap and some lingering bitterness. Light and refreshing.

Reasonably dry, some fruit, some sourness, lactose and somewhat light.

Hoppy, oat, off-dry, malty and a slightly sour note.

Cherry O Bjerg

Intense sour/acidic cherry juice with some tartness and astringency. Probably some sweetness as well, but overpowered by the acidity. Really fun, but also somewhat simple (mostly cherries and sourness).

City Festival the Beer IPA Bjerg

Quite hoppy, some malt sweetness, slightly tropical and some dank notes. For some reason the alcohol shows a bit through, which annoys me a bit - feels a bit boozy. Just some bitterness and reasonable body.

Chuck Berry Bjerg

So little sourness that it's almost not sour. Slightly hoppy, berries and off-dry. A bit like a pilsner with a berry twist.

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal (2021) Bjerg

Bone dry and tart - and clearly Stevnsbær cherries. Slightly sour. Simple but good.

Ampersand: Riwaka Bjerg

Hoppy, dry and somewhat bitter. It has a peppery/rubber note that I find a bit weird. Reasonably full and juicy for an IPA though.

Undulate V11 Bjerg

Nose of chocolate and coffee. Taste has cocoa and coffee. Somewhat dry and roasty malty bitterness.

Fully Fused Bjerg

Almost not sour, some sweetness and fruity guava. Slightly milky texture and a funky aftertaste. Dies a bit fast.

Hoppy and dry with some bitterness. A hit light, but fine for a session IPA.

Dangerously Close To Stupid Bjerg

Malty sweetness which somewhat hides the alcohol. Slightly oily mouthfeel, some honey and just a hint of hops. Only slightly bitter aftertaste.

Net Neutral Bjerg

Citrus, grassy and notes of pine with some minerality with some oatmeal in the aftertaste, that provides some mouthfeel. Still a bit light, but quite nice for a session IPA.

Emanata Bjerg

Hoppy, hazy, fruity, just some bitterness and some sweetness. Quite easy to drink for a DIPA.

Chemtrailblazer Bjerg

Hoppy, off-dry, fresh citrusy notes and a pronounced lingering grapefruit bitterness. Clean and crisp.

Miracle Aligner Bjerg

Some grapefruit zest like bitterness, hazy, somewhat light but also some juicyness. Slightly herbal.

Very hoppy, quite bitter and some notes of fruity peaches (winegum peaches?). Full slightly oaty mouthfeel.

Nose is slightly sour with notes of leather. Just a hint of sourness, some chocolate, notes of port, some fruity notes, a hint of leather and some oaky notes. Full to almost thick consistency.

Nose has chocolate and a hint of red wine. Taste has chocolate, hint of red wine, slight bitterness, hint or sourness, hint of burnt malt, slight licorice and dried fruit. Smooth consistency.

Malty, bitter, slightly oily feeling, somewhat hoppy, hint of iron and oranges. Boozy.

Strong with some sweetness and quite spicy with fruity banana ester notes. Smooth mouthfeel.

Smells like a tropical fruit drink from Bali. Taste is hoppy with tropical pineapple notes and some sweetness, which is quickly matched by a lingering bitterness. Slightly thick mouthfeel.

Somewhat sweet but balanced by a quite bitter burnt malty and bitter hoppy note. Slightly nutty.

Intension Bjerg

Nose has hints of cherry. Taste is sweet with notes of burnt caramel, caramelised figs and sweet honeyed tea (slight bitterness). Aftertaste has some earthy notes.

Fenrir Bjerg

No carbonation. Some bourbon and barrel notes with slight tannic bitterness. Quite heavy, somewhat boozy with slight sweetness.

Undulate V8 Bjerg

Roasty dark malts, just a hint sweetness, some bitterness and a hint of carbonated acidity. Notes of coffee and dark chocolate. Slightly smooth mouthfeel. Flavourful for a 5,6% ABV stout.

Winter Hexagon Bjerg

Very juicy, hazy, somewhat sweet, hoppy and slightly boozy DDH TIPA. Dry hopping is quite evident. Some tropical pineapple notes and some sharp hop bitterness hiding behind the sweetness.

Fruity nose. Slightly sour and funky taste with notes of peaches. Off-dry and slightly bitter.
