Kan overhovedet ikke fange saison-præget. Slet, slet ikke. En del syre (en del mere end jeg ville forvente i en saison) og noget udefinerbart blomme. Vasken fik den. Undervældet er vist det rette ord. Havde noget større forventninger🥺

This one is sour in a bad Way. Unripe plum. Not a huge fan.

Looks like dishwater tastes like sour old man plums. Would recommend.

Not my kind of saison. Too sour and tart. Not the way a saison should be imo. But the plums comes through really nice.

Hmm..? Normally I wouldn't call this a saison. Farmhouse maybe? Too sour and less estery without the phenols that I'd expect. The plums blend in nicely. It's a well balanced sour. Well..?
