Rather tart but not too much. A bit thin, but not a bad taste.

Berliner Weisse med solbær. Den smager ok, men synes jeg har fået mange andre bedre. Den er lidt som et mildt glas Ribena/ribssaftevand med let syre. Kunne godt bruge kraftigere solbærsmag, mere pink skum og lidt mere fylde. Dog intet problem at nyde den.

Wild berries/tart and sour blackcurrant. Over medium acidity. Finishing off with a tart vinegar/balsamic taste.
